The “Property Information” search field provides often inaccurate and grossly inflated “Improvement Value” data in the results. CityView, the software company contracted to administer the portal, has been working to correct the issue. “Improvement Value&rdquo data produced by this portal is not, nor has ever been, used for any calculations for property fees or taxes.
